Every project gets a completion forecast, and every forecast says how much of it was measured
A project no longer has to deliver for a fortnight before Roadmap will forecast it. The rate is blended from a configured baseline, the workspace's own measured delivery per developer-week, and the project's own history — later sources taking over gradually — and then applied to the developers actually booked on it.
